Do you offer a trial membership?
Yes. The trial lasts one week and can be cancelled after completion. Otherwise, you will then be billed monthly until cancellation.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Membership can be cancelled at any time but please note that the month paid for must first be completed. Please also note that, due to waiting lists, we are not able to hold places or pause membership.
Are parents allowed entry? & Can I leave my child with you?
In order to support your child's development, a parent or guardian must stay in class. This ensures the best experience for your little one.
What is expected of parents/guardians at classes?
Allow children to have freedom exploring and learning - this will help them gain confidence more quickly. Be alert - this helps to avoid bumps and scrapes. Finally, support and encourage your child, this will help them get the most out of the session.
Can non-paying siblings attend?
Siblings may watch but are unable to take part due to health & safety reasons.
What should be worn to classes?
Children should wear appropriate sports wear with comfortable footwear suitable for activity.
What does the membership include?
The membership includes access to any available session in the calendar month. First time joiners also receive our customised sports tee.
Can parents take photographs/videos?
Parents may take solo shots of their own chils
